I just picked up a carrera cv2010.

The manual says to wind the watch with the crown in position 1. The diagram in the manual seems to show that the crown has positions 0, 1, 2, and 3. It seems like my crown has 3 positions. 0, which is pushed in all the way. Position 2, the quick date adjust and position 3 to adjust the time.

But no position 1? Or am I just supposed to wind with the crown all the way in? I've been wearing it so it hasn't stopped yet.

Carrera has no screw in crown correct?

if that's the case, yah wind it at e position with crown pushed all the way in. when winding in the correct position, clockwise, u'd be able to feel subtle tension, meaning u've got it right, if u r winding and it feels too smooth, no tension then u'r not winding e watch

You dont have necessarily to manual wind it ,just put it on your wrist and wear it everyday ,set the time of course..
Ok, good. The manual is deceiving! Lol.

Also, how much winding does it take to be fully wound? Thanks, fella's.

I normally wind it every other day about 20 winds at 0 position (since the crown is not a screw-down.
