Hello,
I bought in September 2008, a watch brand Sub Chrono with a 3-year warranty.
My bracelet steel must be repaired. The only store in France located in Paris seems to leave a closed address. Other shops around the world have also closed the same way.
The watch is specific (screws and bracelet) I wonder how should a problem arise.
If someone could tell me how to reach them.

I seem to remember reading that SubChrono went bankrupt. If that's the case, you'll most definitely have a tough time reaching them for warranty repair...

I believe that this is correct. Wasn't long ago another member here posted a thread about this brand and found no info because of the fact that the company no longer existed.

That company actually had a shop in Lan Kwai Fong in Hong Kong (Bars area) i visited once and found the sales girl there who told me it belongs to a guy from Israel and who has few shops around the world, she gave me a catalogue with a pic of all their collection, few addresses around the world including the HQ in Israel, she tried to sell to me a diver but found it too ugly to my taste, they closed the shop here in HK about 7 months ago due to lack of business, the local ppl spend $$$ on well known swiss watch brands, all the pop up like mushroom brands (as another wis here use to call it) aren't doing well in the market, the price of the subchrono was kinda ridiculously overpriced for a watch of that type (about 800usd) so i stepped out with the catalogue but dropped it in the trash outside (sorry) good luck with the bracelet coz i am sure they won't have an after sale service now since they went bankrupt, may be an OEM bracelet would do in this case, just my opinion, cheers!

Hey the store in NY is still open, they answer the phones ever now and then but its hard to get them. I bought a watch from them around the end of 08 and got the steal band but it was not in store so they were going to ship it to me and they never did. I called and email but I final had to email the receipt and warranty card to my friend who lives there and he went in and got it. I also got the back taken off the other day and its a Ronda Swiss movement if any one wanted to know.

My understanding at the time of purchase and one of the reasons for the purchase was the life time warranty, which cover any repair. Hi there: Sub Chrono are great watches, unfortunately stores have been closing remaining only some of them. I live in Mexico City and they have a store here. I own one and really love it, and I have about 15 straps, and this christmast i´ll buy a another subchrono watch in a different color because I like them a lot.
If you want I can help you get the information of the store, but maybe you´ll need to send it to mexico ( or with somebody that comes to mexico) to be fixed.
