I ordered a Suunto Ambit 2 Sapphire (hr) from Suunto's website on 27th of November and they charged me in full for my order. Than on 30th, I received a mail saying the product has been shipped. The package arrived on 3rd of december to its destination in Washington. At that point I checked my bank account and saw that they charged me second time on 30th.

I wrote to customer support for the refund of one payment and didn't get a response. Than I called them, and they said they will get back to me. Although during this order process whenever they said "we will contact our X department about this and get back to you", they never did. This one doesn't seem to be an exception. It has been almost 2 days now and I am a little worried.

Can anyone provide advice about what can be done at this point?
