Changed over straps, have added lugs etc. All easy provided you have the right tools. Two small screwdrivers to fit the screws, one to fix one end of the screw and the second to get the sucker undone on the other end! Easy peasy!

Anyone had any experience with fitting a new Suunto strap to their watches? Have heard conflicting ideas about the simplicity of the process...
On Ambit models, it's easy -- you just need a T6 Torx key for the two screws. (I got one with a cheap iPhone repair tool kit.) And be careful not to lose the two tiny nuts, as they drop out of the watch as soon as the screws are out. Just lay the watch down on its face to prevent that.

The beautiful thing is that all Ambits are compatible regarding straps. I found the Ambit 2 strap too rigid for my slim wrist, it was not comfortable. Exchanging it for a 2S strap solved this problem completely. Suunto even packs some Loctite with the replacement strap, so you can secure it.
