Looks like an aquis case & bracelet, aquaracer handset, and a hydroconquest dial layout.

A little too homag-ey for my taste but it does look quite nice.

Wow. I never would ven begin to classify that as an homage, any more than just about every diver out there. I'm surprised - and I don't see it.
