i always thought tag serial numbers included letters cac ect but my watch has only 995 713 on case
and 955 412 inside..i have tried myself but cannot find my watch online and any looking for help with this

On the caseback it‘s the reference number, 995.713. It’s a 4000. TAG Heuer 4000- The Ultimate Collector's Guide | The Home of TAG Heuer Collectors
The number on the movement is the caliber, ETA 955.412. Also 1.90 means January 1990.
