I’ve owned both , at the same time at one point and sold the Tag because the Oris was simply the better watch to wear. I think for the price no one comes close. The two I had for comparison were the Oris Aquis 39.5mm in green on steel and the Tag Heuer AquaRacer Calibre 5 in all steel. Both were awesome watches. But for the price my Aquis has ceramic bezel, dive extension on the bracelet, more attractive case and better legibility under water. Also if you read around you’ll see the Aquis getting out head to head with watches like the SuperOcean Heritage and Submariner whereas not many people make that comparison with the AquaRacer .
