Thanks for posting. Please read our sticky notes on watch identification. there is very little we can do without seeing a photo of the case dial and movement.
Technos is still around. They started in 1856 as a Swiss company but now I think they are mostly based in Brazil. http://www.technos.ch/
I haven't researched the brand (I don't have one) but for some reason I have a digital photo of a 1953 ad that has the following text at the bottom:
"Gunzinger Bros. Ltd. Watch Factory, Welschenrohr, Switzerland"

The watch is inoperative,without a front face glass,and the dial is not in god condition.The small pointer indicating the seconds,missing.
I hope it would be restorable, in a skilled watchmaker.
