I'm not sure what to make of it. Is it franken? Doesn't seem to be a dileberate franken, maybe parts were interchanged for repairs? The dial has Cyrillic writing but the back is in English. The usual Lume dot on the bezel is missing and it looks like it may have been painted over in red. It looks to be keeping time.

Opinions? Anything I may have missed? Going to see if I can get a movement shot.

It is a frankenwatch alright; the dial and movements are from a later Amphibia using the 2409 movement, likely to have been a Type 470, the back is from an earlier Amphibia Type 350. The bezel is correct for the case and it's never meant to have a lume dot.

Wonder what movement is in it? Despite 2209 on the back it's just as likely to be 2409 with that dial.

It is indeed very likely that the movement is 2409A, fitting this dial to a 2209 would have needed more work: cutting the dial feet off, and use dial dots (or whatever adhesive available) to attach the dial to the front of the movement.
