By the powers vested upon me by our BSHT Founder Emeritus, Fullers1845, I hereby declare Part 12 of BSHT open.

"For last year's words belong to last year's language. And next year's words await another voice. And to make an end is to make a beginning." - T. S. Eliot

Things might get busy later as we await the coming of the year 2016, so I thought it's better to open part 12 of BSHT earlier. New Year, new BSHT thread, same love for subs and homages. Happy New Year brothers!

Cheers,
Franco

Love this one, and need to build one similar in HR 6538 case. The sterile Snowflake look works beautifully, it has great presence.

Happy new year bros my v4 tiger arrived from William today jusr in time for new year and I have to say this is not the same watch I had in the v1 configuration. Lets start with the biggest change the bracelet is now a solid end link tapering oyster style bracelet with single side screw pins as opposed to the old riveted bracelet
. The movement is the is the 9015 now rather than the 8215 and its much improved its high beat and quieter than the old one and quieter than the 9015 was in my old helson shark diver which would suggest the case has been completely re-engineered to fit this movement. On the subject of the case its way more refined than the old and the polishing has definitely improved
. The bezel feels smooth with minimal backwards play and no vertical play at all and the dial and hand set are as good as ever. Its been great to see how these watches have evolved from the v1 to v4 and I cant wait to see what his v5's will be like. Anyone on the fence about getting one or who has a v1-3 and is thinking is it worth getting the top spec v4 I say do it you wont regret it. Its a close rival for the ticino sea viper

Happy New Year to all of you brothers !!!

To celebrate 2015 and congratulate 2016, and since the 1000+ post mark had been achieved, I would like to give something back to the brotherhood !

The rules are simple:

Please post your best BSH New Year Picture including or not your favorite watch. Submission is open until 1st January 2016 at 23:30 hrs US Pacific Time (UTC−08:00). I will then create a post with all the submissions and will ask for votes; participants should not vote for themselves ( ;-) ), and the one that gets the higher amount of votes, gets...

The "price" !

A Cincy "Gift Certificate" that should help you start the New 2016 with a few awesome straps !!!

Thank you all for making this a great and fantastic place. Wish you and all your families the absolutely very best for 2016 !!!

Your friend,

G !
