With the sudden popularity of all the Tunas, so I borrowed a fine piece and took a couple of mug shots. Now we just need someone to send over an Isofrane to complete the photo shoot.

:thanks Thanks for all the nice comments. I forgot to add some measurements:

Model: SBDX011
Diameter: 52mm without crown
Thickness: 17mm
Lug-to-Lug: 43mm (lugs are hidden under the shroud)
Weight: 140g

It wears quite well on smaller wrists due to its short lug-to-lug height (43mm), though a bit top heavy due to its 17mm thickness.

Here's a shot on a 6.5" wrist but it won't fit under a tight shirt cuff, so wearing it over the shirt is recommended for easy access:

Great Photo's of the Emperor Watcholic...Looks great on the Seiko Flat vent

and while I trust that the Isofrane wearers know how good those straps truely are, I still feel that nothing does a photo shoot better than the Good Ol' Flat vent rubbers.

Great photos!

Cheers, :-!

Glad you like it, Jim. That Good Ol' Flat Vent is my first Seiko rubber strap, bought from a local AD at full retail. One of the "oldest" watch-related items I've kept throughout the shuffles. It's a keeper. :)

Hey good on you & congrats again mate!
I must say that the flat vents just have a great look, atleast in photographic form.

I actually enjoy wearing the flat vents on most all my watches, it's all that was available back in 1980 on my 6309, and was a learned trait that uncle-sam kind of required.

Congrats,
Semper Fi-
