The Humble Barton Elite Silicone

After trying many rubber and silicone straps at price points from bargain basement to ISOfrane, I've yet to find anything as comfortable as the Barton Elite Silicone strap. It's incredibly supple, has closer hole spacing than many straps to better adjustment, comes in two lengths, and is under $25. I know some people say silicone is a lint magnet, but that hasn't been a noticeable issue for me. And so I find myself wondering if Barton - and silicone - is underrated because it's not premium & pricey.

They make good straps for the price.

I like them too, easy to get tight yet still comfortable, and the locking keeper is nice. I like them including two lengths in the cat treat bag they ship in.

Dislike the quick release spring bars, but probably easy enough to pull out if I needed to I guess.

I have a hard time with the silicone because I have cats and their hair LOVES sticking to the silicone. I love the locking keeper though and I think more rubber straps should utilize that. I just got their tropic 2.0 strap and really like it. Vintage looking with the locking keeper.

I'd love to give them a try, but I've been waiting months for a re-stock on the color I want. :( Here's to hoping they get some this year.

Why do you dislike the quick release? Do you dislike all quick release or just the Barton ones?

All of them. Half the time I need different diameter tips.
