Hi All, as previously posted, I purchased a BC4 Blue Eagles LE a couple of weeks ago and was impressed by everything about it including it's time keeping.
So, I thought it would be a good idea to see just how accurate it is.
Excatly a week ago (@ 0800 BST), I synchronised it with a digital wall clock that is radio controlled (updates it's time via radio waves from a nuclear clock....extremely accurate...always tells the correct time?).
Well, I just compared the two.....The Blue Eagles is less than 1 second fast!
It is incredible how a mechanical watch can be this accurate. They must have set it up absolutely perfectly.
I'll keep the test going for a week or two more and see what gives.

Nice!!!!

That is pretty impressive. My Small seconds is running about 3 to 4 seconds fast per day. I would say that is okay in my book since I would rather have it run fast than slow. I am sure it will settle down in good time.
