I have had to demagnetize several of my Sinn, dekla, and damasko watches at various times. It's real simple. lie a compass on a table and wait for it to stop at true north. Take your watch and pass it over the compass in a circle. If the needle moves your watch is magnetized and needs to be demagnetized. It is not a big deal and is not a watchmakers fault.

I received my Turbulenz in February this year. It has the SW200 movement and it keeps terrible time. I contacted Dekla and they said the watch had been magnetized. This is my first Sellita and the most inaccurate watch I have ever owned. I have also never had a watch become magnetized. Suggestions?
Thank you all. Yes, Conundrum1911, I believe I read the same regulation claim when I ordered my watch in November of 2022.[/QUOTE]

I am really enjoying the Turbulenz. It’s a solid, highly legible tank of a watch. If anything, I think it would wear better at 39mm on my wrist (19cm), but that’s a nitpick.
Does anyone know the brand and model of straps that are used? I would love to get a brown strap to swap out at times, and this stock strap is amazingly soft and comfortable.

I agree their straps are some of the most comfortable I have worn. I contacted Dekla and ordered another black and a brown. I war them on my Sinn and Damasko's as well.

I got a Vollmer metal bracelet (straight link)...has changed the watch to a daily for me. I'm obsessed. I had to file down both sides of the end link (top and bottom) so they didn't scratch the case. Easy work.

Does anyone know the warranty policy for Dekla. After reviewing the website, I did not find anything. I received my Turbulenz in February 2023 and today it stopped. Sufficiently wound as I wear the watch 24/7.

My understanding is that Dekla offers 2 years warranty on their products.

When shopping in the EU, Norway, or Iceland, you are always entitled to a minimum 2-year guarantee, regardless of whether you buy the goods online, in a shop, or by mail order. The 2-year guarantee is your minimum right EU-wide. See for more info: Directive (EU) 2019/771.

I'm probably in the minority but hoping they put a date on the turbulenz model at some point. In my world every day feels the same right now, so a date keeps me sane. (If executed well)
Dekla now offers date window on the Turbulenz and the Type A dial. On the turbulenz it's a circular date window between 3 & 4 o'clock and is extremely well executed as it doesn't disrupt the symmetry of the dial at all. I think they nailed it.

I’d seen in one review that straps are made by Rios1931 which is based in Germany. Can buy direct on Holbens site.

It has been already mentioned a couple of times. WB wasn‘t very accommodating in fulfilling customization wishes. Their priority was to sell what they had in stock.
Yup. WB isn’t inherently evil or something. But they are by and large a sales-first org (or it feels that way to me, anyway). Want something “off menu”? Not worth it to them. All too many questions? You’re “clogging up the pipeline”. Need help with service? “Go talk to a third party”.

Not saying they don’t have competent and helpful people. But my inaugural experience with them read typical of a sales org that doesn’t actually care all that much about the CX. So…typical American company, IOW.

Which, and I speak only for myself, I’m exhausted of in my daily life and have no desire for more of.

I bought the Sinn 104 from them about a year ago and they were very efficient at processing the order and reaching out to me. I called a few days later with a question and it was a bit harder to get ahold of someone who had the answer.
