Special Announcement Regarding COVID-19

Timeless Luxury Watches will be re-opening our Plano headquarters for in-person shopping beginning Friday, May 1st, pursuant to Governor Greg Abbott's recent executive order. However, as the safety of both our customers and employees remains paramount for Timeless, we will continue, and expand upon, our measures designed to combat the spread of COVID-19.

Here's what we're doing to keep you safe during your next visit:

  • All employees will wear masks at all times
  • Customers must wear a mask. If you don't have a mask, we will provide you with a new disposable mask (free masks available beginning Saturday, May 2nd)
  • Disposable gloves will be available to customers
  • Hand sanitizer will be used by both customer and employee before and after handling each watch
  • Frequently and thoroughly cleaning any surface employees and customers touch, such as displays and doors
  • Screening employees every morning via infrared thermometer for fever
  • Reducing the capacity of Timeless to 10 customers maximum at any one time

That said, all existing measures will remain in place, so customers can still take advantage of our curbside service, free domestic shipping, and teleconferencing (via FaceTime or Zoom). As much as we look forward to seeing all of our friends and customers again, we also want to encourage those in high-risk groups, such as those with pre-existing conditions and the elderly, to use these services instead of making an in-person visit to our store for their own safety.

Our hours will also change to 11 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday, and curbside pickup is available, by appointment, from 9:30 AM to 5 PM from Monday through Saturday.

The entire Timeless family would like to thank everyone in the medical community for their continuing fight against COVID-19 to keep everyone safe.

If you have any questions or concerns, or if you’d like to set up an appointment, please contact us at 214-494-4241.

Kind regards,
Daniel & Anna Broadfoot
CEO & President, Timeless Luxury Watches

Your list of what you are doing to keep customers safe is interesting. And, it will probably be implemented as the "new normal" for many retail areas across the globe.

All the best on your reopening.

Good luck ,wish you the best.

I have a question on hand sanitizers potential impact to watches, especially when it comes to outer AR coating and fine leather straps.

Are you wrapping all the watches entirely in plastic to keep away all the residue from the and sanitizers and also potential damage to the AR coating or ruining straps? Or is it not something to be too concerned about? Just curious

Had a great purchase experience via phone with Kevin a few months back. Hope to deal with him once again in the near future.

Good luck to you guys on your reopening. Stay safe.

Hand sanitizer should be rubbed on your hands until it evaporates anyway.

That's a good question. The first point is that the hand sanitizer should be used until it has more or less entirely evaporated. The second point is that the watches are typically covered in a plastic wrap to prevent hairline scratches already. I don't anticipate that hand sanitizer would damage a watch anyway, but we'll definitely be taking great care with the whole process.

Alternatively, employees and customers can opt to wear disposable gloves, which will be made available to them. Naturally, the gloves will have to be replaced throughout the day, at least for employees.

Good luck and stay safe guys.

Question - Is the TX Governor forcing you guys to open or simply he's reopening the state and it's up to individual business to weigh the pros/cons and decide?

Basically the latter, although he created mandatory guidelines, such as reduced occupancy limits, to follow during this stage.

The governor can't force any privately owned enterprise to open if they do not wish to do so. To stay within social distance recommendations for the near future the state will allow restaurants to utilize 25% of their seating capacity. Quite a few restaurants in my area are not opening dining areas because they say they cannot cover their costs at 25% capacity and will wait until they can legally fill more seats before they re-open.
