I got this and the GW-1500A G-Shock today with my bonus. I'll post some wrist shots this weekend-gotta get up at 5am to go to work.

That looks like a white version of my Expedition analog chrono:

If it is indeed the same watch, you will be happy with it. It's very easy to use and is extremely accurate. It also looks very smart.

I'm quite fond of the alarm. Very easy to set and use. I also like the fact that the chrono is ready to go right away. I also agree with you about the Indiglo; very cool.

About the chrono, the instructions state that it will run for 4 hours, but only goes to 30 min. How would you know if it was at 16:00, 46:00, 1:16:00...is there a way to tell?

I would imagine that at each 30 minute interval, you would keep track using some other method; perhaps by manually moving the alarm to 1, then 2, then 3, and so on at each 1/2 hour interval.

I like the contrasting subdials. More watches should have that look.

Yes the contrasting dials is what kinda sold me on it. When you use the Indiglo light, most of the contrast is lost, but it's still cool.
