Problem is. Doesn't look like you have much post there for the hour and minute pinion. Can't really get an idea of height based on your image.
Sometimes. Movement is designed to fit factory hands only and trying to adapt other hands turns into a real job.
Based on the dial design. I would look for something similar to Omega De Ville styled hands as in this image. Non luminous
Beside holes size. Measure from the center of the minute pinion post to the minute markers and that will give you the hand length. Sold as pairs, but hour length should be just before the flat of the numbers
Call a parts supplier and ask for generic hands to fit your measurements
