Recently got the Timex Waterbury/Redwing 38mm version. As above, can confirm that the case is all stainless, confirmed by 'Stainless Steel' engraved on the snap-on back.

I don't think I want one. They're higher priced Timex's and I'd like a screw case back for that price. The sub $40 Timex are nice for the $$$. Maybe I'll get another square G-Shock. ":)
Just a tyre kicker then, eh?)

Agree that a screw case back would be good (and it should really have one), but the higher price is reflected in the nicer stainless case, uncluttered dial, nicer hands with the correct length (38mm version) - and the seconds hand hits all the markers (yes, really). I was sceptical too, but reckon they're worth that bit extra having got one.

Not sure if you are still on the hunt for one. But 'NoRoadTripping' has one for sale that he got from an outlet (at least as of yesterday) . Very nicely priced, under fifty.
I agree, you pay for a bit of nicer features.
