The T41.5.423.53 has Arabic indices and a standard ETA 2824 movement. It is an outstanding value, IMO.
The T0064083605700 has Roman indices and a 2824 movement that has been certified to be more accurate, thus the "CHRONOMETRE" designation on the dial. (Personally I find the dial a teeny, tiny bit nicer too). It is also more expensive, but still a good value (again, IMO).
