Thanks to all. I did my first workout this morning and everything seemed to be spot on. Honestly, I'm just a average old guy who has gotten back into the fitness routine after many years of sitting around getting fat. I do a 6 or so mile walk everyday, and I ride my bike several times a week. I've lost 120 pounds over the last year. I didn't use my Fenix 3 for any special training, and I don't plan on using my Ambit 3 for any either. I just wanted the best watch out there to keep track of my workouts. After this mornings walk, and taking some time today to get to know the Ambit 3, I think I have found what I was looking for.

Congrats on your weight loss. Hopefully a fine watch like the Ambit will inspire you to stay on the right track and continue to improve your fitness level. I know it does for me.
