For the design of the Triwa, there's not going to be a lot of cheap stuff that's totally similar and learning to love quartz may well be an option. For guilloche style dials, most of the designs are more dressy/classic, so any gold isn't set against blue to make it less "old fashioned."

A lot of Mido watches have a highly detailed dial OR the outer ring with markers, but not usually both in the same package. The price is also at the top of your range or above.
