I see what you did there ;-) (The Parville sizing is "classic" by men's standards --- read small in 2015. It also doubles as a unisex/ladies watch. ;-) )If you like Roman numerals you might like the Tissot LeLocle. If not, check out the Melbourne Watch Company Flinders. For the design of the Triwa, there's not going to be a lot of cheap stuff that's totally similar and learning to love quartz may well be an option. For guilloche style dials, most of the designs are more dressy/classic, so any gold isn't set against blue to make it less "old fashioned."
A lot of Mido watches have a highly detailed dial OR the outer ring with markers, but not usually both in the same package. The price is also at the top of your range or above.
