Hmm. If money is not too much of a concern, then a German brand "stowa" does very good classy-style watches (and pilot watches, but that's an entirely different style altogether).
If the funds are more limited, then.. hmm. There might be some Orient watches that might be interesting, but tbh I'm not convinced they'll do.
And, yes, that particular triwa is rather sharp-looking. I'm pulling a bit of a blank at the moment on cheap affordable auto alternatives to that.. Seems like most watches going for a fashion/minimalist look are cheap quartz peddlers.
Hmm. Maaaybe.. maybe the Aevig Valkyr in stainless steel case will appeal to you, as it has similar focus on highlighting markers & dial surround with smooth surfaces.
