Hi all,

I was recommended by a friend to join this forum to ask this question and wonder if anyone could help please?

I have a Kirium F1 that I have worn for the last 10 years, never missed a beat, but recently the digital display is flashing and I'm guessing it's due for a battery change. I was quoted for £345 by Goldsmiths today for a service and they will need to send it back to Tag Service Centre.

I have seen other places such as Watch Doctors (suggested by a few forum users), they quoted £81 for clean, battery and reseal. Also Premier Watch Repair, which the website says that they are authorised Tag service & repair centre, but they want me to send the watch in first before giving a quote.

Does anyone have any experience with either? Or can you recommend an alternative?

Thanks in advance.

Any watchmaker with gaskets and batteries can 'service' a quartz watch. A TAG service includes case work, I believe.
