I have a lovely ladies cocktail watch that I need help to identify so that I can find an accurate band. It has a leaf design coming away from the face to where the band should be. I am told that it is not white gold, but a plating. The face says Hilton with two red stars underneath. The bottom of the face, under the dial, says 17 jewel incabloc. The very bottom of the face, under the 6 says Swiss Made. The winding mechanism says Bulova. The back is stainless steel. Inside, the back of the actual watch insert says "seventeen 17 jewels unadjusted" in the middle, "Swiss" on the top, and "Hilton Watch Co." on the bottom. There is also a very small "XT" near the winding mechanism. There are 5 visible pink gems.

Can anyone help me identify this watch, when it was made, and the style strap it should have?
