The watch would be what is called a "mono pusher" chronograph. If you look at the crown, you'll see an inner button that can be depressed and start the chrono, stop it, and reset it.

Not sure Ulyesses Nardin did make a centre pusher (monopusher) in a cushion shape case. Vacheron did.

To me the dial is reworked, that means even if it is a UN the dial has been redone.
I would want to see the movement before passing a final decision, but I am leaning (because of case) to a fake.
That said ANY crown based mono-pusher is a FANTASTIC piece - fake or not!

Let us see the movement and inside back case
