I don't want to break the rules here but my friend has this watch and he will take just about anything I offer and I don't want to take advantage of him.The watch is really worn and I'm not sure if it's savable but it does run and I think the dial is in good shape too.Do you think $20.00 is to low.

I'm not a great person to answer as I don't know a huge amount about US of Waltham watches.

With that said, those what are called acid etched plates and they are somewhat desirable. I don't know that I'd pay $200 for it.

Thank you Ben_hutcherson!I was just going to offer $20.00 because of the condition it's in but it sounds like I should give him a little more.

Sorry, I misread $20 as $200. Without saying too much, I think a fair price is between those two numbers.
