It's a Latham watch with Venus 170 in an overall bad condition

I suspect it may be a mariage. Just like the Breitling recently posted in the other thread, the chrono bridge is marginally cleaner, more shiny than the rest of the movement. And BUT is associated with Buttes Watch Co. (BWC) and as far as I can see, Latham has nothing to do with them.
