It is probably from the eighties. Difficult to be sure with only half the movement side shown but it may well have an MSR (Manufactures Suisses Reunies, a conglomerate made up of Revue Thommen, Vulcain & Studio, Phenix and Buser) calibre T54 which is the skeletized version of the T53:
