To turn the 6309 minute hand clockwise, should the crown of the 6309 turn clockwise or counterclockwise?

And also for the 7002, should the screw-in-crown turn clockwise to turn the hands clockwise?

I've got 6309s, 7002s but to tired to check at moment.

The 6309 crown will turn clockwise to advance the hands forward ... but I'm curious .... why the urgency? :-s

The thought just eneterd my mind. Never thought about it before. Other watch brands usually have crowns that turn counterclockwise to turn the hands foward. I thought the Seiko should turn counterclockwise.

Lots of Watch movements do diff, I know from having the pleasure of, finding the watches am or pm, before refitting hands, can be a pain, if ya can't see the barrel rotating.
