I have read in various places the Aquadive watches were either affiliated with Ollech & Wajs or Doxa at one time or another, but I cannot confirm this. All I know is that this is a pretty sweet old watch.
The watch is mid-size with a 34mm dial and all steel case, 16mm at the lugs and rated at 20 atmospheres. The case has a screw-down crown and screw-down case-back.
The dial is perfect, as are the hands. The insert on the uni-directional bezel is very good to excellent.
The crystal is fair to good, with a gouge at 3 o'clock all but buffed out. Quick-set date / day (in English & French) at 3 o'clock.
17 jewel ETA-based automatic movement in superb condition.
This is an unusual and possibly very collectible dive watch, offered at a reasonable price.
Very good to excellent over-all condition.
$149, plus actual carriage.
