Is this a real Army watch? Anyone know anything about this as far as age or if its a real US Army watch they used in the military?

That is interesting I honestly didnt think it was a real military but always hope! How old is this watch do you think? Is it before or after ww2 or during? I am a amateur watch collector but I would say its made from the 30s to the early 50s?

Looks like there's a 3 letter import code on the balance bridge, can't make it out though. They might help with where the movement came from, or who.

Case is, as it says on the inside of the case back by the Pioneer Watch Case Company. The style case was a water-proof design (water resistant really) and was used on other watches (including Gruen's Verithin "Marine") in the early 1940s. So it is of the era.
