For your consideration, a mid 50's Omega Seamaster with an unusual dial. Case marked 2577 with a cal. 354 bumper with a 14 million serial.
Previous owner went swimming one day - movement may need some work? I love the dial.
I'll put the following questions out to those more knowledgeable than I.
I'm wondering would you call this a textured dial? Or a waffle version? Or another term?
Also from the pics you can see the dial surround is a gold colour which reflects onto the dial surface. Is this common ?
