Hi. I found this watch in a trunk full of other things in the storage room at home. Can anyone tell me if this watch is a vintage watch or a replica? I don't really mind if it is indeed a replica because it works very well, but I would like to know if it is.

The watch itself looks original and pretty good - search online for "Raketa perpetual calendar" to see a host of examples like yours. However, the red star at top, hammer/sickle, and blue star on the second hand are not original and look stuck on - quite likely simply glued on to make a watch to appeal to a tourist market. You could remove them, but there might be some risk to the dial depending on the glue.

A bit funky, but a nice find! Welcome to the forum.

Thanks! That's what I was thinking. I was looking at other threads but the stars and the symbol threw me off which is why I started this thread. The blue star on the second hand actually fell off once but I replaced it with a tiny sliver of double sided tape. That was when I found out the pieces (the stars and the hammer and sickle) was made of a cut-out metal (probably aluminum). If they hadn't been, I wouldn't have bothered sticking it back on, haha. I'm now considering removing them but in my humble opinion, it gives the watch character. And it also helps with how the watch now serves as a conversation starter during those pesky long awkward silences.

Again, thanks for your reply as well as the welcome!

Maybe turn the time forward six hours or so to make sure that the hour and minute hands are both going to clear the stuck on hammer/sickle and red star designs; you don't want those to get caught. I don't know if the weight of the blue star on the second hand will be an issue - I suspect not - but of course you want it either securely on or off the second hand, not falling off and migrating into the movement one sunny afternoon. Other than that, you can consider it a mod!
