I wouldn't touch it. Bad dial refinish. Although seller admits it up front, you gotta wonder what else has been "fixed." Crown doesn't look right either, but maybe that's just me. IMO, at best this is a franken watch.
I'm no movement expert so I can't comment on that but I'm sure others here will.
Don't like his feedback either. Too many "lost in transit" and "watch doesn't work right (too fast/too slow)" comments. One even outright said their watch wasn't genuine.
