There isn't much to go on for obscure brands like these, but based on the general style, I'd say late 1950s or early 1960s, but that's really just a guess. I think it will be hard to date it very accurately but possibly a look at the inside might help narrow things down.

I’d guess a decade earlier based on the red seconds hand and the forties style minutes/seconds markings.

Me too!

Hands are more Forties Style with the dial. I do have to wonder about a recase as that screwback is more fifties/ sixties but I also like the ‘waterprotected’ when many other cases like that would be running ‘waterproof.’
