If you want to know more, you'll have to open the watches, and provide pictures of movements and the inner side of each case back- that's where all the relevant info is located. Especially in case of the Omega.
Given that the VC has the inscription without the "&" between the words, it is either a 1970s watch or a redial. No telling which, the photo quality is far too low.
The Omega has a Polaris style bracelet so I would roughly date it around the late '80s? We'll need to see the case back and movement to assess it further. With that said, it looks like a 396.1041 (1441 quartz)
