Given certain features of the movement (shape of balance cock, position of screws - and especially the very sharp angle between 2nd, 3rd and 4th gears - nealy 90°), I suspect something by Felsa, e.g. a smaller cousin of this movement family:

...but to be certain, one would need to see the other side.

Thanks Hartmut!

I made a photo with the glass on at first and decided not to post it because you couldnt see almost anything through the yellow veil.

Just in case it wasn't clear, when I said "the other side", I actually meant the other side of the movement. I.e. with hands and dial taken off.....

I dont know if I have the guts to touch this ceramic plate.
I am afraid I shall loose a piece...
