The watch is on the 'bay, and looks pretty alright (I've never quite heard of franken silver arrows yet) but
1. The seller is from Chile
2. The font in Arrow looks slightly off, the second r seems rather small
3. I have seen the movements in other vintage arrows and they've been different from the one in this one
4. I haven't quite seen an arrow with a spiedel band, and this is claimed to be the original band.
any ideas?

The date window looks far too close to the centre of the watch - as happens when a ladies movement is put into a man's watch. I'm not an expert, but a quick google doesn't show me any others that look like that.

Guys,

As much as I DO enjoy sharing my rather sarcastic thoughts on 'spoof' and franken watches, I have to tell you, to me it looks like this watch should get an apology.
This is a rather uncommon 23ZSD pure gorgeous Longines caliber.

- "Seller is from Chile"....(?!?) To me that suggests nothing but a prejudiced opinion.

From my dial refinishing business, I can tell you clearly, not only the dial is correct, it is with the factory print...AND it has the aged tritium dots.
There is no way a redialer could make that elegant and correct silver-arrow line whatsoever, doubtly even with today's laser plate engraving technology, not to mention the very precise circle for the dual tone without a masking black print over it to clear track of any visual imperfections.
Same story with the date, it is exactly in place, as ironically someone with a similar model asked here in WUS:
https://www.watchuseek.com/f405/setting-date-23zsd-447721.html (This one IS a refinished dial by the way).
I know the date position looks rather stupid but that's how they were made.

The only 'doubt' is about the bracelet, which could or could not be original to the watch.
Looks pretty legit to me and frankly, the last thing I care about is the band/bracelet. If I were you I would go and place bids.
