Hi there guys, I could really use your help in finding a particular type of watch for my sister. She's turning 18 soon and she's incredibly picky.

I think she would like a stainless steel watch that has quite a small case size as she is quite petite. She really liked this Fossil watch below but unfortunately with a case size of 30mm, it was slightly too big:

My budget is around £80. Is there any way you guys could give me a few suggestions?

Buying a watch for a lady is dangerous at the best of times but buying one for a sister is even more risky (I know plenty about sisters as I've got two of them). Instead of buying her one suggest that she goes watch shopping with you.

What he said. Show her lots of watches and let her pick. It's much safer that way. Women are very picky about what they wear.

Yeah, buying watches for women is hard enough, but as you said she is "incredibly picky". Let her pick it out and you pay. She gets what she wants you don't have to worry about returns.

Show her Seiko Premier series (there are some Solar powered ones and also regular Quartz).
Some have diamond like stones embedded.

Just as well that she wants something smaller. Big + bling is a bad combo. Citizen makes a few of them. This one is 28mm. 83 quid.

I bought my wife (knowing she liked it in advance) a Mondaine Evo Petite. She absolutely loves it. Its very clean and not blingy. It's only 26MM. My wife is quite petite too at 5'4" and 110 lbs and it looks great on her. I bought it here in Canada for $187 USD. Show it too your sister and see what she thinks of it.

and..she's a civilian - don't get her a mechanical/auto watch. quartz or solar-quartz only.
