I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what kind of watch Dexter wears on the show. I really like the bracelet... Maybe an older model Omega?

I'm not sure about the watch, I've wondered that myself actually, but I'm pretty sure the band is just a pretty basic strechy band you can find in a lot of places.

I must respectfully challenge the notion that Dexter wears a 1973 Timex on the show. Perhaps my obsession with finding this watch exceeded the rest of you sane folks, but I spotted one online, pulled the trigger on it-- and was disappointed when it arrived that the case simply does not have the same traits. No "ring bezel". Not sure what the technical term of a non-moving bezel that surrounds the crystal is called. On my Timex there's no ring surrounding the acrylic.

Unless there were different case styles of the 1973- this isn't our match.

New lead- from my browsing. It may be an Omega Constellation (vintage). The only problem is that I cannot find one without date window. Otherwise I am 90% sure it's our watch.

In some of the flashback sequences, you can see his father wearing the same watch. It's a nice touch that they put in.
