It's on my watchlist for sure.

 

I am sure the watch was a critical tool for them. I am not sure they had other time keeping devices on them to log important events.

 

Yes, the showed the Omega speedmaster during the manual burn but everyone was wearing watches in mission control etc and was fun to see so many watches and trying to see what watches they were.

I couldn't tell, paused a few times but it was cool everyone was wearing something. They did show the Omega Speedmaster during the manual timed burn sequence.

 

I have seen it, it’s outstanding. Thought it was very well done, ton of original footage and audio. wasn’t it a Rolex that help save them, that’s what I heard many years ago.

Ok just looked it up and everything I’m finding is it was an issued Speedy that saved the day. I’ve heard the same story about a Rolex, maybe a different mission.
