Ha ha... poor tpp has had three answers, all different!
FWIW, the Orbita website watch database says both directions, 650 turns per day for most Rolex movements; for the Daytona's Cosmograph it's clockwise for 800-950 turns per day. So unless you have a Daytona, it doesn't really matter. As the above three replies suggest.
