Hi pros,

First, thank you all so much for all the inputs on my first and only G (GW1500A-2AV).

Here is the small anatomy class :-d . Red dots is the styloid process of ulna...

Next, I was wondering if you wear your G tight or loose... I have been seeing a lot of you guys wear it so tight on your wrist; would it be uncomfortable? Do you wear your G distal to (toward your fingers) the level of your styloid process or proximal (toward your elbow)?

Any insight is really appreciated b-) .

I wear my Gs pretty loose. Usually able to slip one or even two finger tips under the strap. My wrists seem to expand and contract a lot especially with weather and exercise. So, I like them loose.

Genearlly I like them JUST loose enough to be BARELY able to slide all the way around my wrist. My mudmen are perfect. My Gulfman is a LITTLE too big.. but its all good.

Never noticed it with any of my other Gs. (all are worn pretty loose compared to some of the pics I see on here!) But to each their own for sure!

I tighten mine up where it is a bit snug, and then I loosen it 1 hole, that tends to work on my watches with straps. Bracelets, I size the Micro adjuster the same way....but sometimes I loosen it 1 extra notch. Too tight is too uncomfortable for me.

Loose enough it can be either way. I generally prefer it further out. But, not so loose it will twist around.

I find that different watches tend to fit differently (duh! :-d), so I wear some more snug or more loose than what I'd consider ideal.

But generally I tend to wear them loose enough to fit one index finger through the strap or bracelet near the buckle. I will absolutely not wear any watch loose enough for it to rotate around to the underside of my wrist, as that would irritate the heck out of me (I only wear mine on top, thankyouverymuch).

 Using your anatomy terms, I wear them loose enough to slide over the ulnar styloid process easily and wear them at that level or distal. I personally find the proximal position to be very uncomfortable and always shake my arm or push the watch down when it goes proximal.

Did I pass, professor? :-s :-d

Its kind of funny because I was going to say I a little loose so one finger fits in but when I looked at my wrist I took of my DW6900 jamin black and white a little while ago there is still a mark on the back of my wrist where the strap was. I dont like it when they move around

I wear it over the first carpal row, over the scaphoid and lunate. Just kidding. :-d I wear it proximal to the ulnar styloid. I don't like it too tight. Just tight enough so that I can barely sneak the my pinky in between the strap and my forearm.

i hate when my watches ride outward toward that bone thingy *looks at diagram* the radian styloid process. but it depends on the watch. very lightweight watches i can handle loose. heavy watches must be on snug.

I wear mine a little loose but not so it flops around alot. I have carpal tunnel in both wrists so if it's too tight it starts to hurt o|.
