Hello!
New member to the forums.
I purchased a brand new Longines Master Chrono Moonphase less than a month ago. The movement is a Longines-custom ETA/Valjoux 7751 (reference L687.5).
Every complication is running fine and the time runs like -3s/d. However the movement is making a weird «metallic click»-sound, often when the rotor is coming to a stop.
I can demonstrate this in a 5 sec video:
Recorded with phone mic, so use high volume!
The «click» is pretty loud and frequent, it can be heard when i stretch my arms!
I’ve had a Valjoux 7750 movement from before, so the rotor noise is well known to me. However, this «click» sound is new to me. Is the movement faulty or is this normal?
