I found this on the inner caseback of my OKEAH. It was very hard to read but I think I got everything correct. I wrote it on a piece of paper and then photographed it. What does it mean?

But let us consolate our friend by revealing to him that usually these are usually scripts-engravings done by the master when he services the watch and they include date of service and the name of master or holder. The rest is of no meaning to me But there is a date there-99.

They have it all wrong!
It says
"Highly radioactive and send to space_weaseal"
Well thats my interpretation, but i think its accurate..:think:
No, no! It's a telephone number, and the writing has also a female name... I think Lora, or Dora...;-)
