Love this combo. The B&R combat green Cordura pilot band is great match for this watch. Only thing I need to do is get the buckle bead blasted to match the case.

They all look pretty good. I like the first two best. Who makes these NATOS?

Seller is on eBay First is Brown, 2 and 3 are Tan but they came in different shades. Same Nato's as Hodinkee and Bulang & Sons without the markup on the strap...and the markings on the buckle. The buckle is sewn in and really nice.

Ok I thought 2 & 3 might be the same but they do have a slightly different tone in the pics.

Great, thank you!
I love a good leather NATO.

Question for Paradive owners, past and present, can you tell me if the crowns are hard to operate? I mean, there appears to be little area for your fingers to manipulate the crown so was wondering if it was difficult.... Answers, opinions appreciated. TY in advance.

I have little trouble with mine - maybe slightly more difficult than any other watch with crown guards...

Now if you're Edward Scissorhands, that might be a whole 'nuther story!

I find my gen 3 a tad difficult but my gen 2 is like butter.

And a MKII - live from Seoul! GMT hand is set to home (PST)

Looks like the crown can be manipulated with some confidence, no?

oh yes! I did have a Benrus Type 2 re-issue & the shape of the case is exactly the same. No issues at all handling the crown. Screwed out very smoothly -- one unscrewed plenty of metal for your thumb & forefinger to do the needful....

Well….I had it listed for sale in an effort to thin the heard, but the combination of its good looks - and my frustration with lowball tire kickers - had me pull the listing and strap it on.

While I’m not a fan of Yao’s sales practices or production delays, he does build a heck of nice watch.

I would love to find a Gen 1 (ETA) no date Paradive with aluminum bezel.
