What should I be looking for when purchasing a vintage Ploprof?

I know that a large % of movements have been changed. I'm sort of versed in the different bezel versions. What else should I be looking for to determine quality and authenticity? This has been my dream watch since the day I started this journey. Any help is appreciated.

That website is very good. I also studied the book Vintage Omega Seamaster by Alberto Isnardi thoroughly. If you can get your hands on that one; it has a lot of additional inside information to the website. In my opinion the Italian source is the best.
