You've mentioned your beloved Lucien Piccard many times over the years I've participated. Have you posted an image? I'm genuinely interested- it's a brand I'm aware of from my younger days.

4 of them. My Steinhart Nav-B, Shinola Runwell (retirement gift from my family), Shinola Brass Monster (30th Anniversary gift from wife), and my Citizen Eco-drive that my wife gave me 25 years ago for Christmas (my first “real” watch).

I've learned that nothing is forever. It's just stuff.

No watch gets left behind. I have all except:

• a random fashion thing bought by an ex which disappeared in a move, oops
• a Raymond Weil that went missing on holiday in US
• the Rolex I bought to replace the RW, which I disliked enough to sell on after a year (the only watch I've ever sold)

Everything else is on rotation.
