Mine was 1035 hPa just a few days ago. The day didn't seem special in any way, pretty sunny, cool-ish (normal for March in Poland), no winds, no sudden changes in the weather. About 100 m of elevation.
It depends on your altitude. Where I am (around 550-580m above sea level/just under 2,000ft), normal days are between 940-950hPa (27.75-28 inHg). Anything around 930 or so (low 27 inHg) and the weather will get tricky.
