I have bought an older Casio DW-3000.

How often should the screwback gasket be changed?

Are there seals/gaskets on the pushers?
Should these also be changed?
How do you remove the pusher to change the seal?

The pushers are held in place by tiny e-clips. You can remove them with a pin but be careful not to lose them as they have a life all their own once they're off the button. Putting the e-clips back on is more of a challenge than removing them, LOL. G-Shock buttons have seals, and you can replace them, but I've never removed the buttons from a DW-3000. I'd imagine they have similar seals.

Most people never change them. I would think only the caseback really needs it, and only after many years and many openings. Not aware of anyone replacing pusher gaskets.

One other thing - when you're removing the e-clips be careful not to slip and scratch the inside of the dial with the pin. That's a bummer...
